The fundamental aim is to demonstrate that the widespread use of innovation procurement methodologies is a practical means of addressing the future challenges of delivering both efficient and effective healthcare services to the citizens of Europe.
The Thematic Groups seek to develop joint statements of demand for solutions across key themes and encourage discussion that will increase the efficiency, quality and environmental sustainability of healthcare.
The final publication - Delivering efficiency, quality and sustainability in healthcare through innovation procurement - case study based report (October 2016) is available to download.
The EcoQUIP project ended on 20th October 2016. However, the website will remain available to provide access to the outcomes of the project - see the Resource Centre.
A Leadership Programme for Efficiency, Quality and Sustainability in Healthcare through Innovation Procurement was developed by The University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) in partnership with EcoQUIP.
